About Mobile App Refer and Download
Uttar Pradesh New & Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) is the State Designated Agency of Uttar Pradesh under the provision of the Energy Conservation Act 2001.
To promote Energy Conservation activities in the State of Uttar Pradesh; UPSDA (Government of Uttar Pradesh) has announced various schemes and awards on Energy Conservation. Mobile App Refer and Download competition are one of them. The objective of this competition is to create awareness and understanding about Energy Conservation amongst the mass of Uttar Pradesh at a single click access approach.

Terms & Conditions
- This competition is open to all Indian citizens.
- Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn or modified.
- We will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to mobile error or any other error beyond a reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
- Each entry must be accompanied by these details: name, gender, educational qualification, occupation, contact numbers, email, complete postal address with pin code and details of a valid proof of identity (Passport/Driving license/Voter ID Proof etc).
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or withdraw the competition at any time.
- Office of the UPSDA (UPNEDA) has all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the competition.
- Entry must be submitted on mobile app “UPsavesenergy”. The link for the same has been made available at www.upsavesenergy.com and on mobile app also.
- Please ensure that your email address is valid and operational as this is the principal means through which communication will take place.
- One entrant can participate only once. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be considered and will be discarded.
- The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and binding on all the contestants and it does not owe any clarifications to any participants for any of its decisions.
- The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the competition.
- UPSDA(UPNEDA)'s decision on the competition shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.

- By entering the Competition the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this competition participants require to refer the mobile app to atleast 500 individuals (identical are not allowed) for downloading this mobile app
